Client Services

If you are an individual or family in the Bayfield and surrounding area who, due to various circumstances, lacks reliable food security, we can help.

Phone - 519-525-8286

  • New clients must first contact BAFB to register and then be connected with a client care member.

As a first time client once you make that call you will receive the help you need. Our location is kept private for your peace of mind.

Your first visit will include a simple registration (5 to 10 minutes) then one of our Client Care members will walk you through the process to receive food.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask during that first visit.

  • You will receive enough food for about 7-10 days. Distribution is the 3rd Wednesday and Thursday of each month and should be enough to get you through until the end of the month.

Based on household size, you will shop for non-perishable food, along with fresh produce, dairy, bread, eggs, meats, and frozen foods. We also provide personal hygiene products and monthly featured items.

BAFB will try their best to take dietary needs into consideration, so please provide any such details when at the Client Care Meeting, but do note that we may not be able to accommodate all dietary requests.

Based on availability, we will try to provide snack bags for children that are geared towards school snacks.
